Application: Candidates can mail or fax your cover letter, resume and documents to the recruiting contacts.
Interview notice: The company will notify the interviewee by phone or by mail if not in touch. Notice include: interview time, bus routes, contact person and contact number as well as the required material and documents. Candidates should carefully record the interview content and make queries immediately if unclear. We will confirm the effective interview time with the candidates.
Candidates should register at the front desk after entering the branch/office of Minri Micro Technology and prepare for the interview when the assistant contacts the director for notice. First you will have a written test with different questionsfor different positions. Then you should fill outthe registration formof Minri Micro Technology and may have an interview if you pass the written test. For those whopass the interviewer’s evaluation will be made of a talent assessmentby the HR department and the assessment will be conducted by the Director of Human Resources. Then you wait forthe result of the interview.If you pass the interview, the HR department will send a letter of admission; otherwise you will be politely declined but with your information into our talent pool.
